Scope

This policy covers the website unde.life. The site's contact form is used exclusively for business correspondence with prospective customers and partners. The website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics; if analytics are introduced later, they will be self-hosted and privacy-preserving, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Legal basis

Contact-form correspondence and direct business inquiries are processed on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to prospective customers and partners (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). No consent-based processing takes place on this website.

Participant data

Personal data of participants appearing in UNDE datasets is not collected through this website. It is collected offline under separate written releases, governed by the Georgian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), aligned with GDPR principles: informed consent covering AI training, redistribution by licensees, and withdrawal rights.

Cross-border transfers

Where correspondence or deliverables are transferred outside Georgia, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an equivalent agreed safeguard.

Security measures

Access-controlled systems; personal data encrypted in transit.

Your rights (DSAR)

You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to privacy@unde.life. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Georgian Office of the Personal Data Protection Service or with your local supervisory authority.

Retention

• Contact-form correspondence: 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted.
• Participant raw footage and episodes: retained per the signed release — until the participant withdraws consent or 5 years from delivery, whichever occurs first; episodes under an active license are retained for the license term.
• Consent forms and provenance manifests: retained 7 years after the last license granted on the relevant episode.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed only to operate the business, fulfill dataset licenses, and meet legal obligations.
